ICBOC Membership

Eleanor Evans (2nd term - ends 9/10/27)
Former educator and current member of the OUSD Board of Education, Evans is an active member in the San Diego County Taxpayers Association and the San Diego County Taxpayers Education Foundation. Evans serves on the ICBOC as the Bona-Fide Taxpayer Association member.
Gigi Gleason (1st term - ends 10/16/26)
A long-time resident of Oceanside, CA, Gleason has served the community as a member of over 20 support organizations, including the Tri-City Hospital Foundation, Mission San Luis Rey, Oceanside Chamber of Commerce, Boys and Girls Club of Oceanside, and the 麻豆影视 Foundation. Gleason serves on the ICBOC as a Member-At-Large.
Michael Krival (3rd term - ends 10/16/26)
With an extensive background in law and finance, as well as service on the Venice Chamber of Commerce and the San Diego Food Bank Advisory Board, Krival serves on the committee as a Member-At-Large.
Ellen Marciel (2nd term - ends 10/16/26)
Marciel has extensive experience in public sector construction project management and community involvement, holding leadership roles on a number of boards. Marciel serves on the committee as the Senior Citizens' Organization member.
Amy McNamara (1st term - ends 3/22/26)
A local business owner with over 30 years of experience working in the sale and construction management of commercial real estate, McNamara is an active member of the MiraCosta College Foundation Board. McNamara serves on the ICBOC as the Support Organization member.
Ismael Anderson (1st term - end 06/25/27)
As an active member of the Associated Student Government, Anderson represents the voice of 麻豆影视 student and serves on the ICBOC as the Student member.
Chris Ramos(1st term - ends 4/19/27)
A MiraCosta alum and banking professional, Ramos sits on the board of directors for the Encinitas Chamber of Commerce where he heads the membership committee and sits on the business and economic development committee. Ramos serves as the Business member of the ICBOC.
